METHOD OF MEASURING
Bust • Measure around the fullest part of your bust and shoulder blades, then drop arms to your sides to measure
Waist • Measure around where you wish the garment to sit. As your measurements will depend on your personal preference. For example you may wish to wear our skirts high-rise or low-rise
Hips • Measure around the fullest part of your hips
Sleeve • Measure from the middle of the back of your neck, across your shoulder and down your arm to your wrist
Length • All measurements are from the top of the shoulder (for tops and dresses) to the longest point of the item

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Noosa Heads, Queensland, Australia.
Shipping is free on all Domestic and International Orders over $300 AUD.
Shipping costs for orders less than $300 AUD are (Australian Dollars, including GST);
Please note, for all domestic and international returns, we do not provide return shipping labels. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at customercare@palmnoosa.com.au
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All deliveries are Express Post. For Domestic deliveries we use Australia Post or StarTrack. For International deliveries we use Australia Post or DHL.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day, with exception during sale and holiday periods, when deliveries may take 2-3 days longer.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel clicking on the link provided in the email.
Delivery times are within the Postal Carriers control, but we advise allowing 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 days for International orders.
ORDER CHANGES
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at customercare@palmnoosa.com.au to ensure adjustments can be applied prior to the order being processed.
If your order has already been processed, Palm Noosa accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered, however our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
Palm Noosa reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
CURRENCY TAXES AND DUTIES
GST is included on all shipments within Australia.
For orders to countries outside of Australia, deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means duties and taxes will be payable upon arrival in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Palm Noosa do not refund tax and duties on returns or exchanges. Please contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
FAULTY ITEMS AND RETURNS
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, please email us at customercare@palmnoosa.com.au soon as you receive your order and we can guide you swiftly through a resolution. Please provide our team with images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse or failure to use in accordance with care for instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We offer Free Express Shipping on orders over $300 AUD, but we do not provide return shipping labels or cover the cost of return postage. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay the returns costs, unless in the event of faulty or incorrect goods being shipped.

We accept items back within 7 days of receipt in our Noosa Heads Boutique and within 14 days from receipt for purchases made online.
Full Price items are eligible for return for a Refund.
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/ promotional event are eligible for return for a Store Credit.
Final Sale items will be clearly marked 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for Return.
If you wish to make an online Exchange, simply return your order for a refund or store credit (per the items return eligibility) and purchase your desired item(s) using the standard ordering process.
Standard Exchanges can be made in Retail Stores.
RETURN SHIPPING LABELS
We do not provide return shipping labels. For all domestic and international returns, original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non refundable.
Please ensure your garment is returned in its original condition; unworn, unwashed with tags attached. We strongly recommend inspecting and trying on all items upon arrival to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES
Please note full price items purchased via Afterpay are not eligible for return via Refundid. However you are most welcome to a Standard Refund.
SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be tried on whilst wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, the top and bottom size of bikini sets differ, or the swimwear otherwise shows signs of wear.
EARRINGS
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final Sale items will be clearly marked 'FINAL SALE' at checkout and are not eligible for return.
WINTER EDIT SALE
Sale items featured in our Winter Edit are eligible for return for a Store Credit.
RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT
As an extension of our service, we do accept online purchases for return in store. Please note, our Retail Store acts as a drop-off point only. Once you’ve returned your item/s to store, your credit/refund will be issued by our Returns Team within 1-3 business days.

Typically, your order will be dispatched same business day if placed before 12pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 12pm AEST.
During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.
Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post Guarantee of next day delivery due to delays as a result of limited flights, social distancing requirements and an increase in parcel volumes. This means you may experience a small delay in receiving your delivery.

As our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that your requested changes can be made to your order prior to shipment.
