We accept items back within 7 days of receipt in our Noosa Heads Boutique & Bondi Beach Boutique and within 14 days from receipt for purchases made online.

Items purchased as Christmas Gifts from December 1st onwards, are eligible for return per our Returns Conditions below, with an extended Returns Period until January 14th.

Full Price items are eligible for return for a Refund.

Sale items are eligible for return for a Store Credit.

Final Sale items will be clearly marked 'Final Sale' and are not eligible for Return.

If you wish to make an online Exchange, simply return your order for a refund or store credit (per the items return eligibility) and purchase your desired item(s) using the standard ordering process.

Standard Exchanges can be made in Retail Stores.

BLACK FRIDAY SALE

Full Price Items marked down temporarily as part of our Black Friday Flash Sale are eligible for return for Store Credit Only.

Sale Items that have been further reduced as part of our Black Friday Flash Sale are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN SHIPPING LABELS

We do not provide return shipping labels. For all domestic and international returns, original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non refundable. 

Please ensure your garment is returned in its original condition; unworn, unwashed with tags attached. We strongly recommend inspecting and trying on all items upon arrival to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns time frame.

Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. Any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Store Credit is issued in the form of a unique Gift Card code and is redeemable both in store and online.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Please note full price items purchased via Afterpay are not eligible for return via Refundid. However you are most welcome to a Standard Refund.

SWIMWEAR

All swimwear must be tried on whilst wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygiene strip is removed or altered, the top and bottom size of bikini sets differ, or the swimwear otherwise shows signs of wear.

EARRINGS

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final Sale items will be clearly marked 'FINAL SALE' at checkout and are not eligible for return.

RETURNING ONLINE PURCHASES IN STORE FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT

As an extension of our service, we do accept online purchases for return in store. Please note, our Retail Store acts as a drop-off point only. Once you’ve returned your item/s to store, your credit/refund will be issued by our Returns Team within 1-3 business days.

A NOTE TO OUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT EXCHANGES

We have recently updated our returns policy and can no longer facilitate exchanges via our website.

We instead ask that you return your order for a refund or store credit (per the items return eligibility) and purchase your desired item(s) using the standard ordering process.

This change will help streamline the process and mean that your Refunds and Store Credits can be issued more swiftly, allowing you to purchase and receive your new item(s) with a quicker turnaround time.

Exchanges can still be accommodated at any of our retail stores.
